EMDR or Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing is a rapid psychotherapy first used to treat PTSD. EMDR now has many clinical and non-clinical uses. EMDR is also valued as an approach to enhancing performance & releasing creativity.

HeartMath has developed the emWave tools. emWave provides you, the user, with a “real-time” look into the mechanisms of your physiology that contribute to stress and health. With the emWave you, the user, learn simple techniques that enable you to gain mastery over your stress.

Alpha-Stim SCS is a small medical electronic device used for the non-pharmaceutical treatment of anxiety, depression & insomnia. Alpha-Stim devices are approved by the Food & Drug Administration and require a prescription in the US.

IADC Therapy is a technique developed by VA Psychologist, Dr. Allan Botkin. The IADC uses elements of EMDR for the rapid resolution of grief. It does this by “inducing” the environment for an ADC to spontaneously occur. Controversial? Sure. Researched? Not at this time. Effective? For many… Yes.
